You will meet current Futures First employees as part of the recruitment process. They will explain our performance culture and our career path to you while, at the same time, getting to know you to gauge your interests and skill levels. INCENTIVE COMPENSATION Compensation at Futures First is based on proven international principles and benchmarks.

 Compensation is pegged to local and international market benchmarks
 Compensation incentives are aimed to align business and trader risk/reward interests
 Incentive compensation underwrites longer-term qualitative results such as management excellence, training, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration.

Total Compensation is structured in terms of:
 Base Salary (new graduates are hired at INR 45,000 pm, and salary is reviewed and marked to market annually)
 Performance Bonus based on trading profits
Although salaries are transparent and can be compared, performance bonus is difficult to compare because it is totally based on the specific context of product, market, timing, and actual profitability results. The CTC (Gross Salary plus Average Bonus) for the 1st year works to Rs. 8.3 lakhs per annum. To help understand and compare our Total Compensation approach, the graph below depicts the actual average salary and bonus earnings for all current Futures First employees for the respective year of their career at Futures First. You can see that salary levels trend upward consistently, and that bonus payouts explode to multiples of salary. Depending on actual performance results, a bonus can be zero for a year or it can be breath-taking
