Gandhi fellowship :"The Inmate Gardner"

The Gandhi Fellowship is a two-year Leadership program that selects the best from among the inspired and inventive young people of India to resuscitate the country's ailing education sector.Envisaged as a full -time residential program,Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF),looks up its initiative as a very special nursery that raises and nurtures young adults of many persuasions and predilections.

It's a slice of life,an intense 24 months of working with failing state-run primary schools. Each fellow navigates an unfamiliar terrain equipping her/himself along the way with valuable experiences, insights and leadership skills.Over the two years,Fellows find the means to unfold and articulate their unique contributions to solving the myriad problems facing their country before heading out to becoming nation builders in their own right.

Exploring Potential
Fellows develop influencing and negotiation skills, the capacity for managing stakeholders, creative problem -solving abilities and execution excellence. In addition to these technical and leadership skill enhancements, Gandhi Fellows meet experts from various fields to gain an understanding of what it takes to bring about change and the realities of different sectors

The process of self discovery is facilitated by working in collaboration with organizations such as Indian Institute of Management-Ahmadabad,Bodh Shiksha Samiti,Jodo Gyan,CoCoon Consulting and Mercer, all experts in their respective feilds who conduct training sessions for the Fellows.
