Details of HCL Technologies Campus Recruitment
HCL Technologies Campus Recruitment
HCL Technologies seeks to recruit candidates for the designation of Graduate Software Trainees.
Graduate Science Trainee(s) are Graduates with B.Sc (Science/ IT oriented) or BCA degree. They are permanent employees on HCL roles with 18 month probation period post which they shall be confirmed as Software Engineer. They are covered under the service agreement and 24 months bond. They are given 3 months’ technical training upon joining, post which they are deployed into the Line of Business(es). All selected candidates will be located out of NCR only.

Eligibility Criterion for Candidates:
· IIIrd Years
· Minimum Score: 60% in class 10, 12 and Graduation.
· No Arrears
Process :
1. Pre-placement Talk
2. Aptitude Test- technical test applicable only to BSc Computer Science students
3. HR Interview
Package Details:
The candidates would come into the system at the CTC of 1.8 LPA. However, for the first 3 months they will be on a stipend of INR 12,000, post which the CTC of 1.8 LPA will become applicable.
Terms & Conditions of Employment
CTC- INR 1,80,000
Designation- Graduate Software Trainee
Service Agreement Period-24 months
Probation Period-18 months
Severance Amount-INR 1,25,000
